I finally managed to get some stitching in this evening, and it was so nice to get to do it. We watched The Matador with Pierce Brosnan. All I can say is that it’s weird. But, it allowed me to get some good stitching time in. So, here is my progress on Bay Sampler. I still am not sure what I am going to do about my thread that matches my fabric. I suppose I will need to take it with me and go to my LNS to see if I can pick something similar but darker, so that it will show up. The color I am trying to replace is SNC Heirloom Blue. I need something darker, but not as dark as Slate Blue. Any suggestions?

As soon as I get the rest of my rigging and poles stitched, I can start on the little sailor guys. They have RED pants, I think, so that should be fun!
Jenna, I agree with your comment about the Miribilia Fairies – I would have liked to see Summer also. I’m curious to see what the last one will be as well.
I am grateful for knowing that there are people that truly pay it forward.
Nice progress! 🙂 No suggestions on the blue thread, but when you go to the LNS you might try several different thread lines rather than just staying with the SNC. Give you a better chance of finding just the right shade you’re after. 🙂 Good luck!
Your ship is looking lovely! No suggestions for a replacement though!
