The End of the Triangles

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I managed to finish up Part 7 of Mystery 9. I am so happy to be done with those triangles! Next weekend I will start the four artichoke beds that go on the outside of the triangles. I am looking so forward to stitching something different. Here’s the part I finished.

And here is the whole thing so far. I am past the half way mark now. Hurrah!

M9 Part 7 022507

I am back to working on Baby Garden tonight. I should be able to get some more done on my trees. I had kind of a rough afternoon though, so I may spend some time pampering myself. I had to go for a CT scan, for which they have to run an IV. Unfortunately, after several traumatic tries, they were still unable to get the IV started. So, I have to try it again on Thursday, which means more fasting, drinking more of this radioactive dye and then we try the IV again. I hope it goes better on Thursday. I am worn out, and feel like a pincushion.

Walk to Rivendell: No walk tonight.

I am grateful for being able to look in my husbandโ€™s eyes for comfort.

  3. I hope everything’s okay, Michelle. I get worried when they have to run CAT scans with the dye contrast. Drop me a line privately if you need someone to talk to. Otherwise, congratulations on getting all of those triangles finished. Woohoo!

  5. Mystery 9 is looking beautiful! And ask them to put a warm soak on your arm before starting the IV the next time….it helps the veins come out of hiding!!! Hope it helps and good luck…e-mail if you need to! ((((((hugs)))))
