Halloween Exchange Received!

Can I just say…that was fast! I received my Halloween Sweetbag Exchange from Margaret in Maryland today (kittychernoff). This exchange was organized on Legacy. Margaret absolutely spoiled me…her package was like magic, I just kept pulling more and more things out of the bag! She stitched this fantastic pattern and added a bat button on the right of it. The top of the bag is felt and it is just the most beautiful combination of colors!

She included in the package fabric from Silkweaver in the most amazing color called Phantom. She (I think) made the card herself, and the spider web is embossed and the threads the spiders are hanging from are actual threads. Inside and on the back she stamped with Halloween stamps. She included some scrapbooking embellishments of spiders and a web that are 3-D, some Halloween ribbon with fuzzy black cats on it, the most gorgeous GAST threads in the perfect fall colors, and a chart with the fabric, threads and buttons to complete it! (Oh, yes, and there were more goodies of the chocolate persuasion in the bag!) I am spoiled spoiled spoiled. What an absolute sweetie. Thank you, Margaret for sending me some Halloween lovelies from Maryland! I sent out my Halloween Exchange yesterday, so hopefully my exchangee will receive it soon so that all can be revealed! I photographed my goodies on my ironing pad, because I have quilting stuff strewn all over my craft table. I am still trying to finish up my block, but just can’t seem to get to it. All in good time.

I am grateful for the generosity and creativity of others.
