I always want to say that with an exclamation point! I received the most lovely gift in the mail today from Sue. She sent Just Nan’s Beaded Rose chart to me for my birthday! It came with the prettiest purple beads to embellish it with too. Isn’t it pretty? Thanks so much, Sue!
And just as a bonus…here’s a pic of the last Just Nan I stitched. This is Flower Girls. These flowers on our crepe myrtle are about the closest thing I have to a garden!
I stitched this up in June of this year. So, with Carol and Sue both helping my Just Nan stash, I think I am going to be all set for my Just Nan RR in October. Although, in the last week three people have dropped out, so who knows if it will take place or not. I have two exchanges though lined up (my very first exchanges). I signed up for the Halloween Sweetbag Exchange over on the Legacy BB, and I’m signed up for the Crazy Cat Lady Exchange over on the Robin’s Nest BB. I’d better get started on my stitching for those!! I’ve been working my way along the right side of Midi 2 this weekend. Here’s a progress pic. Not very exciting, but’s it’s progress!
It has been raining here today, which is nice. It made me want to stay home and stitch though.
I am grateful for beads and sparklies!
what a thoughtful gift!
Aw, Sue’s a sweetest! She my dearest local stitching pal 🙂
