Allergies are still getting the best of me, but I managed to sit down last night and stitch on Quaker Garden. Here is my progress so far.

I finally got to use the Red Pear thread, and I love the look of the five colors all together. My flash really washed this out – so pay no attention to how grey the fabric looks. I’ve been checking in on every one’s progress who’s stitching this for the SAL – and they all look great. The only thing I can say is that I feel like the slowest stitcher in the world. I intend to stitch on this some more tonight though, so maybe I can make a little more progress. I love this design though! I am off to get my allergy shots this morning, so hopefully that will help!
I am grateful that I have the ability to stitch as it brings me so much joy!
I love your progress, Michelle. I have been looking at everyone’s progress too. It seems that lots of stitchers are doing this at the moment. 🙂
I think you’ll have competition for the slowest stitcher award. 😉 It’s looking really nice, though! I hope the allergy shots buy you some relief.
Lovely progress Michelle!
I must admit, I’m at a point with this design where I seem to be stitching and stitching and making very little progress. It’s growing slowly though and I’m still loving it.
Looks lovely! And your Red Pear is so nice, none of the yardage I purchased seem to have much color change (that’s the luck of the draw I guess) but your’s is great! 🙂
It’s looking beautiful!! This one is such a pleasure to stitch.
Your sampler looks beautiful!
I sometimes feel like the slowest stitcher, too. It usually takes me months or even years to finish a project.
Michelle,
You are not the slowest stitcher. I think that I take that prize. Your work looks great!
Beautiful Michelle, this design is so lovely and I am enjoying watching the progress of everyone in this SAL.
Don’t worry that you are slow, you are getting it done. I am not the fastest stitcher in the world either and I manage to get a few things done each year.
QG is looking great and I hope you get your allergies under control.
Looking lovely!
Oh gosh no! You are not a slow stitcher!!
Michelle, trust me the slow stitcher award on QG goes to me! You are doing great!
